Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Estimates
After shipment:
U.S. — 3–7 business days
International — 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us within the same day of placing your order, before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the carrier's hands. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery errors.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
